I used to love them for their free lightweight antivirus.
They keep deflecting my request for a refund and cancellation to customer support. Because of all the deception I am currently in the process of getting a refund as per their 30 day refund policy and it is an absolute nightmare to deal with. It constantly generates annoying pop up notifications that you can't disable. The process to cancel the auto subscription legitimately belongs to r/assholedesign and it took me many attempts to make it work If you leave it on you will be charged $90 for the next year. They enable auto subscription renewal by default.

The program is FULL of bloatware and unwanted apps, features and extensions that are auto-installed without your consent. It is NOTHING like the lightweight free antivirus Word of advice: DO NOT go for their offer for their "1 year of Total Security for $10". December 31st is when Bitdefender stop anyone from installing it from new. I would suggest installing an alternative well before then, though.
